Creating a Word Doc of a survey is a click away
To create a Word document of your survey, simply click the "Share for Review " tab and click "Full Survey" or "Outline".  

Below is an example of what a Word document might look like:

The logic setup is clearly presented throughout the document, allowing you to share the survey flow within your team and with the client.
